In the later part of 2008, Jean Phillipe Barros, a newcomer running for City Council in the fifth district of Pawtucket, RI, beat his veteran opponent who had been a councilor for the district for the past 17 years. Xzito supported Barros throughout his entire political campaign, with services including the creation of a unique brand identity, multiple direct mailing campaigns, outdoor signage (banners and yard signs), and event advertisements.
