Overview

Driving Force is a mission-driven New York organization creating job opportunities and community impact through clothing support, events, coaching, and education.

The company started as Saint Mary's Clothing Drive, a small operation tied to a single church. When the current CEO acquired the business, the vision was bigger than one partnership, one name, and one location.

Challenge

The CEO set out to scale the business, but four structural gaps were holding it back. As the Founder put it: "We wanted to drive a Lambo, but we had a Honda".

  • Brand architecture that limited growth:
    The Saint Mary's Clothing Drive name tied the organization to a single church partnership. There was no brand identity that could expand into new partnerships, new communities, or new markets.
