Today, Jeshua is the Co-Founder and President of Xzito, a growth-focused marketing and strategy firm that has supported more than 1,500 founders and leadership teams across multiple industries.

He teaches in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and speaks on entrepreneurship, leadership, and scalable growth.
