Based on your objectives and budget, we will develop a monthly plan to help reach your goals. We will meet every month to report on progress, metrics, and upcoming game-plan. If you have specific questions about pricing or how we structure our retainers, please schedule a conversation.
We have some clearly defined products with fixed deliverables and fixed rates. For more custom initiatives we provide high-level hourly estimates depending on your "rate per unit" service cost, determine based on your annual marketing spend. The program specific will be defined with the dedicated account manager, and adjusted as needed.
We need 1 key contact assigned to the relationship from your organization. This person is responsible for coordinating all meetings with our agency and providing feedback, and/or approvals on campaign assets. For the monthly meeting, we asked that all key leaders responsible for the direction of the program be involved. (ex: CEO, Sales, Marketing Leadership)
We have several PRE-DETERMINE FRAMEWORKS and depending on your specific needs we will select a series of activities within the Pre-Determine Plan. For example, we might start with a FRAMEWORK focused on web usability and quickly transition to other frameworks focused on Traffic Generation, Lead Acquisition, or Customer Growth. The Framework is determined by the Account Manager and determined during the GROWTH PLANNING STAGE.
The program budget includes all the resources needed to execute your marketing campaigns. For example the time for a designer, developer, account manager, copy-writer, photographer, etc is included. If we need to purchase advertising, software, printing, stock photos, this is excluded and estimates are passed for your approval.
You can maintain any of your existing relationships, the account manager will coordinate and manage the project outcomes with any of your vendors and you can continue to pay the vendors directly.
We will add you to our project management software, and any tasks that you will manage will be assigned to your internal resources. It is very common for the client to keep some tasks in house and outsource areas that are not within their unique talents, abilities and/or time budgets.
We ask for a 12 month commitment so that we can plan and coordinate resources for our relationship. In the event that you are not satisfied and we cannot agree on a resolution, then we will bill for any open balances, and close out the account with a 30 day notice.
