From Éxito to Xzito

Twenty years. Three friends. One remixed word.

We had a tiny office, a part-time hustle, and one stubborn belief: that if we kept showing up for entrepreneurs in our community, the doors would open.

1,500+ clients later, we're still knocking. And we wrote a book about what we learned along the way.

The 4% Code is named for the hard truth that only 4–6% of U.S. businesses ever cross $1M, and only 0.04% scale past $10M. It's the playbook we wish we'd had 20 years ago, built from the wins, the losses, and the founders we've been lucky enough to walk alongside.
