Local work
Our work in Providence
Three projects, three very different Providence businesses:
Heroica Construction: a website aimed at the next client
Heroica's CEO wanted to win work from universities. We asked who the client base was, tailored the website and targeting to those clients, and researched the institutions he wanted to reach so he could use it in his meetings. When he met with the Rhode Island School of Design, the first thing they said was "beautiful website."
Johnny Rockets: one brand across busy venues
Digital menu boards with motion content, rolled out across high-traffic venues including Providence Place Mall, so menus and prices update in real time and the brand looks the same everywhere.

Brown is one of the organizations on our client list, alongside the University of Rhode Island.
We met with a lot of big, fancy marketing companies in Providence and Boston, but out of everybody we talked to, I didn't feel like anybody cared about our business the way Xzito did.

The Providence market
Selling in a city of universities and headquarters
Providence is Rhode Island's capital and its densest business market. Brown University has been here since 1764, Textron and Citizens Financial Group keep their headquarters downtown, and the I-195 District, 26 acres freed up when the highway was relocated in 2011, is growing into a life sciences cluster with 17 projects and over $1 billion of investment.
For a B2B company here, that means sophisticated buyers: universities, hospitals, and corporate teams who compare you with firms in Providence and Boston before they ever call. The companies that win are the ones whose website, proposals, and follow-up look like they belong on that shortlist, and whose marketing is aimed at the specific institutions they want to work with.
