AI Readiness Assessment
How ready is your business to put AI to work?
A website alone can't show how ready you are for AI, so we look at both. Add your website and we'll check how easily AI tools can find, understand, and recommend you, while you answer twelve questions about how your business uses AI today.

Questions about AI readiness
A short self-check of how ready your business is to use AI well: who owns it, how safely you use it, how clean your data is, how much of your work is automated, how AI serves your customers, and how skilled your team is. You get a score out of 100, your strongest and weakest areas, and the first AI project to start with.
About three minutes: twelve statements rated on a six-step maturity scale, plus one question about your biggest problem. You see your results right away, with no email needed.
A website shows how AI tools see you from the outside: whether they can find you, understand what you do, and recommend you. It can't show who owns AI in your business, how safely your team uses it, how clean your data is, or what is already automated. The website scan covers the first part; the questions cover the rest.
Fourteen public signals in three groups: found by AI (AI crawler access, an llms.txt file, a sitemap, structured data, title and description), understood and trusted (a clear headline, FAQ answers, reviews and customer proof, pricing guidance, HTTPS), and easy to act on (contact options, online booking or chat, mobile-ready pages, response time). It reads your homepage and a few standard files; nothing is stored.
Not explored means you haven't looked at it yet. Awareness means you know about it. Experimenting means a few people are trying it. Used regularly means it's part of the work. Repeatable workflow means it runs the same way every time. Standardized means everyone does it, every time.
Start with the problem, not the technology. If customers keep asking the same questions, start with an AI assistant for chat and your website. If calls go unanswered, add AI phone answering. Whatever you build, keep a person reviewing what AI sends to customers.
Your answers stay in your browser while you take the assessment. If you add your website, our server reads its public pages to score them and stores nothing. Nothing else is sent unless you choose to request a follow-up from our team.
